IT人開咖啡店確實很潮，大家明知道這裏沒錢賺，卻前赴後繼愣是往裏衝。</p><p>
</p><p>
2009年正月十五，白鴉及其&ldquo;同僚們&rdquo;經過多次密謀，爲IT人做了個貢獻&mdash;&mdash;他們跨界開了一家咖啡廳，用來作IT人的公共客廳和廚房。最早大家想叫&ldquo;奧巴牛咖啡吧&rdquo;，後因一些衆所周知的原因被駁回，於是起了Beta Cafe(貝塔咖啡)這個名字。</p><p>
</p><p>
貝塔咖啡於2009年4月份在杭州試運營，6月份正式開業，成爲了第一個以IT爲主題的咖啡廳。僅運營兩個多月，貝塔咖啡就在中國C2C高峯論壇上被評爲&ldquo;最佳網商聚集地&rdquo;。作爲資深IT設計師和國內UED(用戶體驗設計)先行者的白鴉怎麼也想不到，幾個哥們兒的一個想法卻打造了杭州IT圈內最火熱的聚集地。</p><p>

2010年8月，在首都北京某酒局，&ldquo;一幫傢伙說羨慕杭州的傢伙們，因爲他們有貝塔這個窩。於是，我們開始密謀在北京再搞一家貝塔。&rdquo;話音剛落，在2010年底，這羣&ldquo;不安分子&rdquo;就在中關村(6.92,0.02,0.29%)正在重建中的原第三極大廈中找到了合適的地方，交了房租。2011年2月26日，北京貝塔咖啡正式開業！</p><p>

貝塔咖啡在中關村心臟的亮相，讓更多IT人按耐不住，車庫咖啡、3W咖啡等&ldquo;互聯網咖啡廳&rdquo;相繼問世。&ldquo;互聯網咖啡時代&rdquo;正式拉開帷幕。</p><p>

互聯網人的公共客廳</p><p>

2008年11月，白鴉邁出百度(微博)的大門，直奔杭州阿里巴巴(微博)。那時候，白鴉在圈兒內的名氣已經很大了，他雖然頂着支付寶(微博)首席用戶體驗規劃師的稱號，卻只在名片上簡單印個&ldquo;Designer&rdquo;；同時白鴉也是一位超級鏈接者，因爲他有着難以置信的&ldquo;鏈接變現率&rdquo;。&ldquo;我現在90%現實中的好朋友，都是在網上認識的。&rdquo;這讓人難以置信。互聯網和聚會交織堆積着白鴉的資源，漸漸地就有一些公司找他幫忙，也總有圈兒內的朋友讓他介紹公司，一來二去，白鴉就成了一個在上下游之間鏈接的資源平臺。</p><p>

來到杭州以後，白鴉又結識了更多朋友，每週大家都會跑到白鴉家的客廳聚會，時間久了，白鴉家裏的客廳成了IT江湖的&ldquo;會首點&rdquo;。</p><p>
</p><p>
2009年，爲大家做了一年&ldquo;清潔工&rdquo;的白鴉終於&ldquo;忍耐不住&rdquo;，在正月十五，&ldquo;一幫傢伙密謀要在杭州開一個咖啡廳，作爲大家的公共客廳。&rdquo;</p><p>

</p><p>
可能是來自於IT人所固有的果斷與高效，讓這家後來定名爲&ldquo;Beta&rdquo;的咖啡廳從策劃、募資、選址、裝修到對外開放，用了不到3個月的時間就問世了。</p><p>
</p><p>
杭州貝塔咖啡總投資100萬，1萬元1股，分爲100股。當白鴉與其他創始人們貼出招股告示後，很快就收到了各方回應，最終算來，足足有20位股東，而且有幾個股東以前根本不認識。&ldquo;IT人最可貴的一點，就是開放和信任。&rdquo;白鴉說，&ldquo;雖然我們毫不懂怎麼去經營一家咖啡廳，也知道肯定要賠錢，但還是幹了。因爲我們真的非常需要一個屬於互聯網的、公共的客廳。我們的所有股東，都是互聯網圈子的好漢，明知道賠錢還硬要入股。&rdquo;</p><p>
</p><p>
資金募集完畢後，白鴉又開始在其博客上認購咖啡館擺設，沒想到，又有很多人免費送東西過來。有人搬來了酒，有人送來了沙發，有人送來咖啡機、咖啡杯，有人送來SONY液晶電視，還有人送來筆記本、遊戲機，連插線板以及餐巾紙也有人準備好了，都可印Logo、貼網址。這裏還有所有手機的充電器，以及已經翻好牆的蘋果電腦可供免費使用，號稱中國網速最快。另外，新浪、搜狐等網站還送來了玩偶，包括魔獸世界的限量版玩具也可以在貝塔咖啡見到，甚至連樓上兩間會議室的冠名權都賣出去了。</p><p>
</p><p>
杭州的這個&ldquo;IT人的公共的客廳&rdquo;着實讓外地的IT人羨慕嫉妒恨！於是，2011年2月26日，白鴉等人將杭州貝塔咖啡成功複製在北京，此時股東已增至三十餘位。白鴉說：&ldquo;北京貝塔有專業的團隊運作，味道、服務絕不業餘。我們將把這裏打造成北京互聯網人最溫暖的窩，一個屬於互聯網人的公共客廳。&rdquo;</p><p>

&ldquo;IT江湖&rdquo;</p><p>

同是天涯&ldquo;IT人&rdquo;，相逢何必曾相識？</p><p>
</p><p>
2011年2月26日，在北京貝塔咖啡店，半壁阿里江山以及IT江湖上多數叫得上名字的IT公司的代表都雲集在這裏，強大的氣場幾乎把整個場子都要掀翻了。除了各位帶&ldquo;O&rdquo;的老總，還有攝影師、技術維護的工程師，以及前來分享經驗的商人。</p><p>
</p><p>
兩年的運營讓貝塔咖啡名副其實地成了&ldquo;IT人&rdquo;的一個匯聚信息與互動的實體，也逐漸成了一個非常好的營銷宣傳品牌的地方。在線上，貝塔咖啡有自己的網站、Flickr相冊、Twitter ID；在線下，貝塔咖啡組織了無數次正式、非正式的會議，招聘牆上有來自各大公司的招聘廣告，甚至連衛生間都成了信息的海洋。</p><p>
</p><p>
很多人來貝塔已經形成了一種習慣，在微博上，貝塔咖啡已經成了網友簽到最多的地點之一，經常有人曬自己在貝塔咖啡見到了某位企業大佬，讓大家來圍觀。用貝塔咖啡北京店經理趙可恩的話說，貝塔咖啡的發起人&ldquo;很江湖&rdquo;，貝塔咖啡也隨之變得&ldquo;很江湖&rdquo;。</p><p>
</p><p>
既然號稱&ldquo;江湖&rdquo;，當然要定&ldquo;江湖&rdquo;的規矩。在衆網友的獻計獻策之下，貝塔咖啡推出了三檔打折卡，即鐵卡、美女卡和VIP卡，有意思的是，卡上註明的有效期是103年。</p><p>
</p><p>
美女卡和VIP卡都打八五折，唯獨鐵卡特殊&mdash;&mdash;鐵卡是純金屬做的，只有鐵哥們兒才能得到。但鐵卡的折扣是不定的，在生意好的時候，咖啡店會送喫送喝打折扣(七折)，但遇到生意不好的時候，卻要收更貴的錢&mdash;&mdash;是鐵哥們兒就得兩肋插刀！</p><p>
</p><p>
此外，貝塔咖啡規定，互聯網人士只要出示名片就可以享受九折優惠。在白鴉的理想中，咖啡店80%的客戶都應該是互聯網及相關人士。只要買上一杯咖啡，便可以坐上一天。於是貝塔咖啡成了中關村IT青年的聚集地，經常有三三兩兩的小團隊紮在這裏等待&ldquo;天使&rdquo;。</p><p>
</p><p>
記者聽說在貝塔咖啡還發生了這麼一個故事。在貝塔咖啡北京店開業沒多久的時候，有個年輕人在咖啡廳還沒開門的時候就跑到這裏，手裏舉着一個寫着&ldquo;天使&rdquo;的牌子坐在門口。雖然他沒有遇到投資人，但是他的執着感動了&ldquo;貝塔人&rdquo;，最終，&ldquo;貝塔人&rdquo;把這個年輕人引薦給給一位常來咖啡館的資深創業者。</p><p>
</p><p>
最終結果如何，記者不得而知。想從如此低調的貝塔咖啡中得到高調的答案，實在考驗記者的能力。&ldquo;Beta&rdquo;並不想當英雄，就連貝塔咖啡30餘位股東的名單都沒有在公開場合公佈過，更是無法得知多少創業者曾從這裏起航。</p><p>
</p><p>
三年過去了，貝塔咖啡始終如一地秉承自己的信念&mdash;&mdash;咖啡的妙處，不在於醇香美味，在於與人共享；朋友的妙處，不在於談笑風生，在於兩肋插刀；網絡的妙處，不在於網速最快，在於聯繫無限可能。雖然貝塔咖啡至今爲賺到什麼錢，但它仍然歡迎新朋友、老朋友來這裏侃侃大山，聊聊近況，說說互聯網，談談創業。最重要的是，和朋友們在一起！</p><p>
