今年以來，由於降水大幅減少，氣溫普遍偏高，雲南大部分地區遭遇乾旱，導致全省134條中小河流斷流、138座小型水庫乾涸，造成雲南804.3萬畝農作物受災，絕收83萬畝，因乾旱直接經濟損失25.5億元。事實上，早在2010年，雲南咖啡種植也曾遭遇旱災的重創，當時僅保山市就有12.5萬畝受災，產量累計損失5620萬噸。在受到乾旱減產的同時，雲南的咖啡豆價格也不斷下降。這意味着，在經歷數年擴產之後，雲南咖啡產業或將遭受減產、降價雙重打擊。 據云南咖啡行業協會的統計顯示，2012年全省咖啡種植面積達134萬畝，產量達8.2萬噸，同比分別增長45.6%、26.1%。咖啡種植面積和產量都已佔到全國的98%以上。此外，2012年雲南省咖啡出口額在14億元左右，繼續保持全國最大咖啡種植和出口基地的地位。在這背後，雲南的咖啡種植經歷了迅速擴張。雲南省發改委和農業廳等部門聯合編制的一份《雲南省咖啡產業發展規劃(2010-2020)》(以下簡稱《規劃》)預計，到2015年，雲南全省咖啡種植面積發展到100萬畝，到2020年咖啡種植面積穩定在150萬畝左右。 記者注意到，2008年至今，雲南省咖啡種植面積由39萬畝發展到134萬畝。照此速度，150萬畝的種植面積會提前數年實現。值得一提的是，在咖啡種植面積不斷擴張的同時，咖啡豆的價格卻已經進入下降週期。 “現在咖啡豆的收購價格約在12.76元/公斤。”範德明說。2012年11月20日，作爲雲南咖啡收購價格風向標的雀巢公司開盤價格爲17.9元/公斤，這個價格已經低於去年同期。也就是說，在過去4個月，咖啡豆的收購價格下降了28.7%。 同時，雲南省咖啡協會副祕書長鬍路介紹說，目前雲南咖啡正處於產休期，但即將進入花期，如果降水繼續偏少，不但對咖啡樹成長不利，還會影響咖啡開花、掛果，最終造成咖啡豆減產。 胡路表示，乾旱已經造成保山等海拔較高地區3萬畝左右咖啡受災，旱情持續下去，將會導致咖啡減產5%至10%，直接經濟損失1000萬元。但他強調，今年咖啡整體情況比旱情最嚴重的2010年好。2010年，雲南咖啡種植遭遇旱災重創，其中，僅保山市就有12.5萬畝咖啡種植面積受災，損失產量累計5620萬噸。 針對目前的旱情，雲南保山、德宏、普洱等咖啡主產地咖農正努力積水、蓄水，並結合過去幾年抗旱經驗，開展保苗、保樹工作，做好對已經零星開花咖啡樹的護理，確保減少因旱引起的損失。</p>
