首先要想好定位</p>

有位朋友小甲非常喜歡貓，準備開個貓咪主題的咖啡館，讓貓咪在咖啡館和客人玩樂外，整個咖啡館還可以有貓咪的照片和擺設售賣。</p>

詢問身邊朋友們的意見，反饋也都說覺得以貓咪爲主題的咖啡店很新穎很有趣。於是小甲越想越激動，爲了表示自己不是盲目決定，還特意跑到北上廣等地，探訪當地很火的貓咪咖啡館。</p>

不過到了自己咖啡館開業後，問題接踵而來，每隻貓咪都要有免疫證、貓咪要有專用的廁所位置、貓咪喫甜點和巧克力容易中毒，客人不能隨意喂貓咪食物、貓咪爪子容易抓傷抓壞客人衣服……</p>

開一間咖啡館，你的創業賬單基本上會有以下這些：器材，原料、房租、裝修，如果是盤的一家已成型的咖啡館還要算上轉讓費。這裏費用佔比最大的就是裝修和轉讓費，其次是房租，反倒是最根本的器材，原料支出變得無可無不可了。這也是爲什麼你在路過裝修和主題都很有特色的咖啡店門口的時候，總是忍不住想要進去坐一坐，但當你點了一杯咖啡品嚐時，卻不禁要皺眉頭了。</p>

所以各位準備開店的朋友，建議大家在器材和原料上能加大投入。畢竟是開咖啡店，咖啡的品質還是需要保證，單是好的咖啡機都需要好幾萬元一臺，更不用提好的咖啡豆原料了。</p>

1.想好自己想開的是一傢什麼樣的咖啡館。是純粹的咖啡館?還是有周邊產品販賣的兼營或者是加盟店?做好市場調查，確定自己的核心競爭力。現在市面上大大小小的咖啡館很多，確定好自己店的類型和核心理念，才能保證在這個市場上擁有競爭力。 2.開咖啡店避免感性。不少女性想開咖啡店，是抱着一種感性的態度：‘開咖啡店是很美好的事’。有這種想法固然沒錯，但實施時應注意一定要避免感性。要提前做好規劃，讓自己的思路更清晰。只有心裏有數，實施更嚴密，才能保證你的想法更好地落到實處。 3.咖啡店一定要有相關規範。在開店前就應該做好自己店的相關規定，例如是否可以吸菸等。不要等問題出現纔來定規矩，提前定好規矩，有標準化的流程管理，才能成功。 4.沒有經驗，做加盟會更好。對於沒有經驗的新手來說，做加盟可以保證收入，加盟方可以從進貨、製作、裝修風格上提供一系列成熟的方法，讓新手避免走彎路。</p>
