呂龍是一名剛畢業的大學生，曾在成都上學的他對“慢生活”有着切身體會。看着成都大大小小的咖啡屋和酒館賺得盆滿鉢滿，臨近畢業時，呂龍萌生了自主創業的想法。“選擇開咖啡屋和我在成都上大學有一定關係，成都的生活節奏比較慢，人們追求咖啡文化和‘慢生活’。其實，不少太原市民對於‘慢’下來的休閒空間也很有需求，如果能將咖啡的靜和酒吧的動結合起來，一定會吸引不少消費羣體。”</p>

呂龍回到太原開始籌備自己的“小小咖啡屋”，經過一系列市場調查，他發現，太原市場已經有了發展咖啡屋的潛力，大部分年輕人下班後，習慣和同事、朋友聚聚，可是卻缺少讓他們放鬆下來、安靜聊天的空間。在網絡調查中，呂龍還有一個意外收穫，不少年輕人對於休閒類酒品很是熱衷，卻不願意去嘈雜的酒吧消費。他覺得這是一個好市場，便瞬間萌發了“咖啡屋裏的小酒館”這樣大膽的想法。</p>
<p>
呂龍一面學習咖啡、酒品製作，一面給咖啡屋設計、裝修，經常忙到深夜才能回家，看着自己打造的咖啡屋一點點成型，內心的滿足感在一點點充盈。“店裏的櫥窗，牆體彩繪，燈飾，包括空調擺放位置都是我自己設計的。很多時候，市民來咖啡屋消費的是環境，所以店內的風格必須獨特，這樣纔可以帶給消費者放鬆、休閒、難忘的消費感受。”</p>
<p>
經過4個月的準備，呂龍的“小小咖啡屋”開業了。談到創業的艱辛，呂龍坦言：“其實付出和得到永遠是成正比的。”目前，店裏的生意已走上了正軌，每天的營業額能達到五六百元，週末的時候甚至能達到千元以上。產品的銷售和呂龍之前對市場的預計大致相同，女士的消費以咖啡爲主，而男士更傾向於“長島冰茶”、“風味伏特加”等休閒酒品。從賬面情況看，目前店裏酒品和咖啡的營業額基本相當。經過一個多月的市場驗證，將咖啡屋和酒吧這兩個動靜不同的業態進行融合，呂龍的市場定位是正確的。</p>
<p>
對於咖啡屋未來的發展，呂龍有着獨特的想法，“盈利只是一個方面，重要的是可以建立穩定的客戶羣，認識更多的朋友。一位常來消費的臺灣人，也許是更容易接受咖啡屋的生活節奏，他平時經常拿着電腦在這裏工作，有時一待就是一下午。我覺得這是一種好的生活態度，這也是我今後的營銷方向。下班的人可以在我這裏聚會、聊天，工作方式靈活的人也可以在放鬆的環境中工作。我的目標就是要做到來到店裏的不同消費者，都能找到屬於自己的休閒方式。”</p>
<p>
隨着省城的快速發展，人們生活的節奏、消費觀念都會發生變化，“慢生活”的需求已經初見端倪。呂龍認爲當下的咖啡和酒品已經不單單是飲料，而是文化。這種文化將會成爲太原這座古城的主流。</p>
