<span style="font-size:16px;">黃陂南路363號，一棟典型的石庫門建築。磚紅色門楣花飾絢爛，色澤豔麗。配上兩扇實心黑漆木門，莊重卻不失熱烈。隔着一條馬路，對面便是中共“一大”會址紀念館。來往的人瞻仰過“一大”會址，總是不忘走進363號瞧瞧。就這樣，這座今年6月才新落成的黃浦區黨建服務中心，如今已是遊客們“紅色之旅”的一處新地標、黃浦基層黨建服務的重要陣地。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">黃浦區黨建服務中心這座二層小樓，更像是一戶溫馨清雅的人家。不錯，這個承載着黨史黨建宣傳、黨建工作服務指導、黨組織和黨員教育的地方，就是想給每一個走進來的人以“家的感覺”。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">爲了進一步加強區級黨建服務陣地建設，去年下半年，黃浦區啓動了區黨建服務中心選址和籌建工作。經過緊張的前期裝修和佈置，今年6月，黃浦區黨建服務中心終於建成並實體化運行。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">區黨建服務中心副主任胡佳敏告訴記者，之所以把區黨建服務中心設在中共“一大”會址對面，是爲了讓羣衆得以更近、更便捷地獲得黨建服務。同時，從市民的遊覽路線上考慮，參觀完“一大”會址，亟需一個可以喝茶歇腳，繼續深入學習活動的場所，而區黨建服務中心恰恰可以提供便利。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">目前，區黨建服務中心365天對外開放，週末和節假日期間還配備了由區內黨員發展對象組成的志願者團隊職守崗位。當然，除了提供接待和講解服務，區黨建服務中心還幫助各級黨組織策劃開展黨日活動、舉辦聯誼活動。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">記者瞭解到，截至目前，區黨建服務中心已累計接待各類訪客1.79萬人次，團隊103批，來自全國17個省區市以及俄羅斯、美國、法國等20多個國家和地區的訪客，最多一天參觀人數超過870人，開展各類黨建活動103場，與對面的中共“一大”會址形成良好的聯動關係。</span><br />

<span style="font-size:16px;">今年上半年，南京東路街道推出了街區紅色歷史漫步地圖“閱讀·紅·建築”，深挖“鐵道賓館”、“中國青年編輯部舊址”等一個個歷史建築背後的紅色故事，弘揚街道悠久的革命傳統。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">8月的一個午後，南京東路街道舉辦了一場別樣的演出：永安百貨有限公司的員工娓娓道來百年永安之綺雲閣的故事，解讀這個解放上海時期南京路上第一面紅旗升起的地方；好八連的兩位青年軍人通過詩朗誦《好八連與大上海》，表達第一支駐守南京路的解放軍隊伍對大上海的深情……</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">這是南京東路街道第六屆社區道德講堂，以紅色起點、紅色之旅、紅色傳承爲脈絡，展示了南京東路街道內紅色遺址、紅色故事。2012年，社區道德講堂在南東街道揭牌，以培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀爲主線，每年通過確定一個主題、組織一次踐行、開展一場宣講、發動一批推廣、昇華一次拓展延伸，傳遞思想道德新風，樹立德尚先鋒典範，主動營造人文社區、德育社區氛圍。如今，走進6個年頭的社區道德講堂成了南東街道的紅色系列主題活動品牌，對於凝聚駐區單位、社區居民的共識，激發愛黨愛國情懷，發揮了重要作用。</span><br />

<span style="font-size:16px;">瑞金二路街道，一個面積不到兩平方公里的土地上聚集着多箇中國革命的第一：第一本《共產黨宣言》中文全譯本在此發行，中國第一個共產主義小組在此誕生，中國第一個社會主義青年團在此成立……以及漁陽裏、孫中山故居、周公館、大同幼稚園舊址等衆多承載重大歷史事件的革命遺址。每每走過瑞金社區，那一座座有血有肉的紅色史蹟便在人們的眼前展開，匯成一本娓娓道來的歷史詞典，一張指點江山的人文地圖。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">近年來，瑞金二路街道致力於加強黨建服務中心建設，將重大黨史歷史事件與社區內的團中央機關舊址、孫中山故居、周公館等愛國主義教育基地和陳望道先生翻譯《共產黨宣言》時的居所等7個黨史教育場所聯結成完整的鏈條，在同一場所內呈現給參觀者，讓居民全面地瞭解當地的歷史文脈，認識自己所生活的社區。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">瑞金二路街道還有一份豐厚的“黨建聯建服務菜單”，其中8大類100個項目都來自各社區單位。“文化”一類中，有10餘個項目涵蓋了多家愛國主義教育基地。街道將這些單位的特色項目梳理彙總，如團中央舊址的團課、上海孫中山故居紀念館的講座、青年話劇《孫中山》等，通過服務菜單發佈給轄區內的百家單位、學校和居民區。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">爲深入挖掘、宣傳社區內不同崗位、不同領域的先進人物、典型事蹟，全面記錄瑞金人追逐“中國夢”的光輝歷程，瑞金二路街道開展“喜迎十九大 逐夢瑞金人”黨建主題項目，用一年的時間，走進駐區單位、深入居民羣衆，挖掘身邊的感人故事，用採訪、舞臺劇等形式，對不同行業、不同崗位的先進人物的典型事蹟進行集中宣傳，在社區中營造敢爲人先、追求卓越、精益求精、追逐夢想、無私奉獻、傳遞溫情的良好氛圍，以昂揚的精神，獻禮黨的十九大的勝利召開。</span></p>
