	　　是由印尼椰子貓的糞便作爲原料所生產，因此也有人稱之爲&ldquo;貓屎咖啡&rdquo;。椰子貓主要以咖啡果實爲食，果實在胃裏完成發酵、將蛋白質破壞掉。由於咖啡豆不能被消化，會被排泄出來，經過清洗、烘培後就成了貓屎咖啡。據說使用經過消化的豆子泡出的咖啡，苦澀味會降低，而且帶有特殊香氣。不過一小杯要價30美元，想嚐鮮的人要先掂掂錢包。</div>
